Trip Overview
River Run has partnered with Ottawa Kayak School to bring whitewater kayaking clinics to the resort once again. OKS is Canada’s #1 whitewater kayak school with instructors hand picked from around the world.
The Ottawa River is the perfect location to learn to whitewater kayak. With it’s warm water from June until October it makes learning a pleasure. The Ottawa River”s entire 1100 km’s of the river is dam controlled, which means we have water all year and all day long.
We take you from never been in a kayak before, to running the Middle Channel of the Ottawa River. The warm, deep rapids of the Ottawa make it a unique location to learn to whitewater kayak.
Our beginner kayak courses come in 3 different clinic durations to choose from. 2 day, 3 day or 5 day courses. All you need to decide is how long to enjoy the Ottawa River.
